1. Ownership & Copyright
All content on this website—including photographs, zines, scans, descriptions, designs, and printed material—is copyrighted and owned by Sourish Mukherjee and FOI Studios, unless otherwise stated.
You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, or exploit any part of the content in any form without explicit written permission.
All zines and photo projects are shot on film (120mm, 35mm, and Polaroid) and are original, analog works.
Unauthorized usage or resale of our digital zines or printed works is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
2. Model Policy & Legal Compliance
We comply with all Indian government laws regarding photography, intellectual property, and publishing.
All featured models are 18 years of age or older at the time of the shoot.
We maintain model release forms, legally signed by each model, granting us rights to publish, print, and distribute artwork that includes their image.
We do not publish uncensored content, nudity, or sexually explicit material. Our work is intended to represent authentic beauty and connection with nature.
3. Fine Art Photography Service
Our “Fine Arts” offerings are one-of-a-kind analog photo shoots shot entirely on film.
Clients can propose their own concept and choose a model (from our network or suggest their own).
A minimum proposal amount of $500 USD (or equivalent in INR) is required.
Final deliverables include original negatives and/or Polaroids only. No digital files will be shared.
All final artwork is created, developed, and scanned by hand, ensuring authentic analog output.
Ownership of the artwork remains with ZineOriginal unless a specific license transfer is agreed upon in writing.
4. Product Information
Polaroids (single edition only)
Handmade darkroom prints
Postcards and analog ephemera
Self-published Zines (in both printed and digital formats)
11-color pigment-based archival prints
Billboard-size art prints
Photography workshops (online and offline)
All products are created using traditional film processes.
5. Digital Downloads and Licensing
Any digital product (e.g., zine PDFs, magazine issues) is licensed for personal viewing only.
Download links are unique and may not be shared, resold, or redistributed.
FOI Magazine and zines are not available for free download unless explicitly stated.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Physical products will be shipped within 7–10 business days of order confirmation.
Delivery timelines depend on location and courier services.
For international orders, additional customs fees or taxes may apply.
7. Payment Policy
All purchases are final. Since each product is custom-created and/or limited edition, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is damaged in transit.
8. User Conduct & Restrictions
You agree not to misuse, copy, alter, distribute, or reverse-engineer any material from this site.
You agree not to use any of the artwork or images for AI training, NFT creation, commercial use, or advertising without express permission.
9. Privacy Policy

10. Legal Rights
If any individual, group, or organization attempts to misuse or republish our work without authorization, we reserve the right to pursue legal action under applicable Indian laws, including but not limited to:
