1. Artistic Intent and Model Representation

• All photographs and artworks displayed or sold through this platform are original works shot by Sourish Mukherjee, using analog film formats (35mm, 120, Polaroid, and motion picture film).
  
• Every model featured is 18 years of age or older, verified prior to any photoshoot, in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
  
• We do not produce or sell any uncensored or nude art. Our work is based on artistic expression, cultural storytelling, natural aesthetics, and the philosophy of real beauty and imperfection (Wabi-Sabi).
  
• All zines, photo books, and prints are released as self-published (self-protoship) work under the creative direction of Sourish Mukherjee.
  

2. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

• All images, videos, text content, zines, and digital assets on this site are copyrighted under Indian copyright law and international intellectual property protections.
  
• Unauthorized reproduction, resale, distribution, or misuse of any digital zine, print, image, or educational content is strictly prohibited.
  
• You may not alter, edit, crop, or use our materials for AI training, resale, or any commercial intent without written permission from the artist.
  

3. Product Types

We offer the following products for collectors and artists:

• Film photography prints (shot on 35mm, 120, and instant film)
  
• Digital and physical zines
  
• Polaroid Originals (1/1 copies)
  
• Darkroom prints
  
• 11-color archival pigment prints
  
• Postcards, art cards, and billboards (by commission)
  
• Workshops (offline and online, covering film photography, color grading, story-building, and darkroom techniques)
  

All photographs are created on real film. We do not use digital editing to manipulate the authenticity of film tones, except minor scanning corrections for digital presentation.

4. Shipping & Digital Delivery

• Physical products are shipped worldwide via reliable courier services. Estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.
  
• Digital zines will be available immediately after purchase via email or download link through our partner platform (Nas.io).
  
• We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping partners or incorrect address submissions.
  

5. Returns & Refunds

• Due to the limited-edition and collectible nature of the work, we do not accept returns unless the item is damaged during shipping.
  
• If your product is damaged, please email us at officialsourish@gmail.com with photos and your order ID within 7 days of receipt.
  
• Digital products (zines, downloads, workshop recordings) are non-refundable once delivered.
  

6. Legal Compliance

• We operate under full compliance with Indian law, including the Information Technology Act, Copyright Act, and other relevant local and international regulations.
  
• We ensure that all work adheres to decency standards and does not violate any obscenity or adult content laws.
  
• All models are informed and sign release forms for the limited use of their images strictly for the intended artistic and editorial use.
  

7. Workshop Participation

• All participants in offline and online workshops must be 18 years or older unless attending with a legal guardian's written consent.
  
• Workshop recordings or materials shared with registered participants are for personal learning use only and may not be shared, reproduced, or resold.
  

8. Final Note & Respect for Art

ZineOriginal exists to celebrate analog photography, storytelling, and nature. We request that you respect the integrity of our artwork, our models, and the artist’s vision. By using this site, you agree not to misuse, reproduce, or exploit the materials for any unethical, unlawful, or commercial purpose.
